THE SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON.


Tennis and Pickle Ball Court nets are still up and the courts will remain open as long as weather allows.

 

There are two Pickle Ball Courts on the south court. The north court remains tennis.

 The landscape company is in the process of fall cleanup. The fall schedule varies and is not fixed to a specific day.

New Smoke Alarm Law Effective January 1, 2023

What is the Updated Illinois Smoke Alarm Law?   1. Since 1988, all dwellings in Illinois have been required to have smoke alarms.  2. In 2017, Public Act 100-0200 was passed to update the Illinois Smoke Detector Act to reflect advances in technology.  3. Come January 1, 2023, any new smoke alarm being installed within a  single or multi-family home are required to be an alarm that features a  10-year sealed battery.  4. Smoke  alarms in single or multi-family homes prior to January 1, 2may  remain in place until they exceed 10 years from the date of their being  manufactured or fails to respond to operability tests or otherwise malfunctions.  Exemptions  1. Homes built after 1988 that already have hardwired smoke alarms.  2.  Homes with wireless integrated alarms that use low-power radio  frequency communications, Wi-Fi, or other Wireless Local Area Networking capability. Vehicle Lock Reminder 

 Recent reports of would-be thieves looking for unlocked vehicles to access garage door openers to enter homes. Please be sure to lock your vehicles, hide your opener from view and be vigilant!  


LRS REFUSE AND RECYCLE PICKUP

All Townhome and Courthome garbage and recycle bins need to be kept inside the garage. According  to our Rules and Regulations trash must not be put out earlier than 6:00 pm on the eve of the pickup date. All receptacles shall be  stored away the same evening once pick up has been completed.
